For treatment of BGC in our clinic were proposed improving methods of gastrojejunostomy forming, which greatly reduces the risk of anastomosis insufficiency.
By developed technique 18 patients with BGC were operated. Postoperative complications occurred in 4 patients. Lethal outcome occurred in 3 cases due to postoperative peritonitis caused by the failure of sutures in duodenal stump.
