The needs for use of high reproductive technology for infertile couples in Tajikistan

The group of patients of puberty and reproductive age with high risk of the disturbance of reproductive potential with subsequent their preventive medical examination were identified and the needs for usage of high technological medical aid for the treatment of more then 35,3% out of which 272 (21,3%) women and 179 (14,0%) men were revealed. Total number of examined and treated were1278 married couples with infertility in the Department of Gynaecological Endocrinology SI TSRI OG and P (Tajikistan).6187 infertile couples were included in the study who were treated in IVF center of Langenhagen of Germany that were used as the comparative group to identify the real needs for usage of high technological medical aid and to access efficacy of the treatment of infertility in the country.

Important stage of the treatment of infertility was the introduction into clinical practice methods of extra corporal insemination as the modern way of restoration of the reproductive function on infertile couples in Tajikistan. This method allows to achieve clinical pregnancy in every third case and to make big input for the management of infertility.
