Comparative assesment of iron deficiency by two- and three valency iron therapy in subclinical hypothyroidis

Examination and treatment of 45 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism (SH) combined with iron deficiency were presented in article. Results of treatment in two groups underwent to ferrotherapy by two valency iron («Sorbifer Durules») and three valency iron («Ferrum Lek»). The positive dynamics of treatment with iron preparations led to rapid normalization of hematological parameters, recovery of iron replacement funds without affecting the functional capacity of the thyroid gland (TG). However, the treatment of iron deficiency in SH by «Ferrum Lek» led to rapid normalization of hematological parameters in comparison with «Sorbifer Durules». Impairment of ultrasound parameters, as changing thyroid echostructure and node forming was observed in 16.6% in I group treated by «Sorbifer Durules».
