The aim of research was study the features of the plasma-coagulation component of hemostasis influenced on risk of acute cerebrovascular accidents (ACVA) in patients with hypertension.

The study included 139 patients with arterial hypertension of varying severity and risk groups, including 30 - suffered a stroke before.

Getting datas indicates a significant increase in activity of plasma coagulation mechanisms of hemostasis, reflected in an increasing in blood fibrinogen (on 17,4-21,0%), markers of intravascular thrombosis (SFC - on 33,5-86,8% RPDF - on 73,1-236,5%) in the setting of fibrinolysis suppression in comparison with indicators of healthy individuals. These changes in group of patients suffered a stroke before, and in high-risk group testifies the presence of thrombotic readiness state, which requires correction therapy.

Keywords: acute stroke, hypertension, hemostasis.
