Indications for multistage surgical treatment using modern laser technique and technology in post-traumatic rectal fistulas

During performing the multistage surgery in 46 patients with post-traumatic rectal fistula in combine with modern laser technique and new technologies, the authors have identified indications, which allowed to reduce the incidence of complications - «high» rectal fistulas to 16.7% of cases in the control group, and to 6.5% - in the main group (p<0.05).
