Management features of gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with chronic mental illness

A comparative analysis of treatment 53 patients with gastrointestinal ulcerative bleeding, 26 patients of which with concomitant chronic mental disorders were conducted. Findings about trends in the structure of this disease at present, and priorities for organization of medical care in hospitals were identified. It was shown that early hospitalization and extended examination in the admission department can smooth the negative trends, and significantly reduce the difference of treatment results.
