Results of modern technology application in diagnosis and treatment 37 patients with adhesive small bowel obstruction were analysed. In early postoperative period a complication in the form of suppuration in troacars’ area was observed in 3 cases. No lethal case was observed. The authors concluded that videolaparoscopic adhesiolysis is less traumatic intervention, it reduces the area of surgical trauma of peritoneum and prevents the relapse of disease.
