Experience of surgical treatment complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

In this paper the intra-operative complications in performing conventional and laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in 421 patients with cholelithiasishas been analyzed. Studies have shown that intraoperative injuries of the biliary tract until current time is one of the most frequent complications of LC and occur in 0.2-1.1% of cases. The main factors which caused complications in LC were the complexity anatomy of the Kahlo triangle, the presence of significant commissural – infiltrative process in and around gall bladder, imperfect of individual surgeon‘skill and experience, and the technical conditions during surgery.
