The results of research the state of cellular and humoral immunity in 82 neonates with intrauterine infections such as cytomegalovirus (CMV), toxoplasmosis, clamidiosisis presented in article.
Found that infants with intrauterine cytomegalovirus and toxoplasmosis infections tend to generalization of infection (89% and 92%, respectively), whereas clamidiosis infection incline to
focal damage as conjunctivitis and pneumonia (68%).
The changes in the immunoregulatory mechanisms were multidirectional characteristic in the form of reducing the number of T-helper cells to 27,4±8,4%; combined with depression suppressor cells – up to 9,9±2,2%. In addition, all groups of patients with intrauterine infection content IgM was significantly higher (up to 2,3±0,02 g / l), and IgG and IgA indices were lower than those of healthy children (p<0.05), that indicated an imbalance in cellular and humoral in immunogenesis.
Keywords: intrauterine infection, cytomegalovirus, toxoplasmosis, clamidiosis, specific immunity.
