The results of study the characteristics of cellular and humoral immunity in 42 pregnant women with chronic viral hepatitis B (HBV) are presented in the article. For the comparison group was taken nonpregnant women with chronic hepatitis B, and the control group consisted of healthy pregnant.

Found that pregnant women with HBV identified functional suppression of T-lymphocytes (CD 3 – 45.8%), T-helper cells (CD 4 – 27.4%), proliferation receptor (CD 71 – 10.7%) and increasing phagocytic activity (CD 32 – 70.1%). The level of T-suppressors (CD 8), B-lymphocytes (CD 20), apoptosis (CD 95), NK-cells (16 C D), receptor to IL-2 (CD25), proliferation receptor (CD 71) in all groups remained within the normal range.

In main and control groups before and after the delivery humoral immunity, particular measures of IgA, IgG, IgM, remained within normal limits. The results of PCR analysis, which was conducted to13 pregnant women with HBV, showed that 2 (15%) of them in the blood was not detected DNA HBV, and 11 (85%) – were identified DNA HBV, among them 27% had high viremia ( on average – 7620000 copies / mL), 73% – the average viremia (548,000 copies / ml). High titer of HBsAg – Qual in pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B supposed a high level of viremia, which should be considered in the management of pregnancy.
