To predict the birth of children with congenital heart disease should take into account social factors, namely the level of education (60%) and social status of parents (65%), the number of children in the family (50%). Receiving results indicates the important role of teratogenic effects in ante-and intrapartum periods in formation of the CHD in presence of a genetic predisposition to this pathology. Among them we marked the following risk factors for CHD: age of parents (27%), complications of pregnancy and childbirth (80%), observing Ramadan «urasa» (30%), intrauterine infection (31,7%), intermarriage (32%), medication use (36%).
