A risk factor for congenital heart disease in children in Tajikistan

To predict the birth of children with congenital heart disease should take into account social factors, namely the level of education (60%) and social status of parents (65%), the number of children in the family (50%). Receiving results indicates the important role of teratogenic effects in ante-and intrapartum periods in formation of the CHD in presence of a genetic predisposition to this pathology. Among them we marked the following risk factors for CHD: age of parents (27%), complications of pregnancy and childbirth (80%), observing Ramadan «urasa» (30%), intrauterine infection (31,7%), intermarriage (32%), medication use (36%).
