Adaptation abilities of cardiorespiratory system in children with vegetative-vascular dystonia

The article presents analysis of published data on the prevalence of vegetative- vascular dystonia among children and adolescents. Analyzed the opinions of scientists about classification of vegetativevascular disorders, was examined in detail the classification based on scheme of pathogenic diseases development proposed by A.M.Vein.
Studying the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease, special attention is paid to such etiologic factors as hereditary constitutional predisposition, factors of prenatal and intrapartum origin, as well as the processes that occur during hormonal changes of child body.A direct connection between the adaptive capabilities of child’s body, in particular the cardiorespiratory system, with this pathology was shown. The currently used methods of autonomic disorders diagnosis are describes. Also presents new methods of diagnosis of vegetative-vascular dystonia, in particular laser Doppler flowmetry.
