Analysis of rheumatic diseases hospital morbidity in the Republic of Tajikistan

The article presents the results of retrospective analysis of case histories 4716 patients who were hospitalized in a specialized rheumatology department for 2004-2009. The frequency and structure of rheumatic diseases (RD) is presented.
All patients were conditional divided into two groups: patients with inflammatory rheumatic disease (n=2872) and non-inflammatory or metabolic (n=1844) nature. Among inflammatory RD rheumatoid (n=1481) and reactive (n=598) arthritisoccupies the leading position, and among noninflammatory – osteoarthritis (n=1243) and gout (n=157).
Established inherent sexual determination: women – 66%, men – 34%. Among the comorbidities cardiovascular disease (n=1170), metabolic syndrome (n=800) and gastropathy (n=280) aredominated.
