The study of changes in platelet aggregation in 85 patients in remote postoperative periods operated on for spleen blunt trauma is conducted. Of them, 35 patients underwent splenectomy,

20 – preserving surgery using a CO2 laser, for 30 patients splenectomyis completed with autolientransplantation.

Platelet aggregation was measured with standard tubodidometric bi- laser method usingaggregation analyzer. Found that in patients who previously underwent splenectomy developsplatelet aggregation disorders – aggregating capacity increase, leading to microcirculatory disturbances and a tendency to form blood clots. Using preserving surgery and autolientransplantation in traumatic injuries of the spleen does not influenton the platelet aggregation changes in remote postoperative period.
