Based on a comprehensive clinical and endoscopic examination at 11,0% patients was revealed reflux esophagitis, at 12,0% – chronic diffuse gastritis, 7,0% – a chronic gastroduodenitis, at 7,0% – erosive gastritis, 11,0% – erosive duodenitis, at 10,0% – erosive gastroduodenitis, at 8,0% – ulcerative defect in the stomach and 10,0% – ulcer in duodenum. Gastroduodenal pathology is common in end-stage (100,0%), at least – in the conservative stage (76,6%), especially in the initial stage of CRF (50,0%).

Establishing the nature of gastroduodenal pathology allowto assess more reasonably the severity of CRF and to compose correctly treatment strategy. Administration – Omeprazole 20 mg 2 times a day for 21 days on a background of complex conservative treatment of the underlying disease has a positive effect.
