Some clinical features of acute leukemia in Tajikistan were observed. The analysis of the frequency of clinical symptoms and changes in the peripheral blood and myelogram in 961 patients with acute leukemia identified in the period 2000-2009 was conducted.

All patients were divided into 4 groups: I group – 425 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), II group – 326 patients with acute leukemia (AL), III group – 197 patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), IV group – 13 patients with undifferen-tiated type of leukemia.
