The article discusses the possible variations of clinical and microbiological features of bacterial vaginosis. Division of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in 54 women of childbearing age, as well as monitoring to identify the frequency determining of bacterial vaginosis using the quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR and culture method with a quantitative assessment) were conducted. Established that C. trachomatis was detected in 32 (59,3±7,1%) patients, U. urealyticum – in 39 (72,2±11,4%) and M. hominis high titre – y 26 (48,1±6,7%). With that bacterial vaginosis is often associated with U. urealyticum compared with M. Hominis (p<0,05). In 10 (18,5±3,5%) patients association of bacterial vaginosis with three infectious agents: C. trachomatis, U. urealyticum and M. hominis was observed.
