The article devoted to thermal injuryissues. The authors studied the effectiveness of the drug «Reamberin» in combination with «Mexidol» in 45 (52,9%) patients of main group with varying degrees of thermal injury. Patients in control group (n=40; 47,6%) received a traditional conservative treatment.
Found that the use of proposed scheme in complex therapy of main group patients contributes to reduce in blood the levels of endogenous intoxication products of lipid peroxidation (MDA to 2,7±3,1 mmol/l to 2,2±4,8 mmol / l, DC – from 1,80±1,73 to 1,69±1,67 mmol/l, SOD – from 18,17±18,14 to 18,04±18,01 meals. 1 ml erythrocytes.), as well as change IR spectroscopy plasma indicators (at frequencies of 1000 to 3000 cm ~ ¹) and increased the levels of antioxidant system, thereby reducing the inflammatory process activity and reverse it for 7 - 8 days of treatment.
Keywords: thermal trauma , burn disease, “Reamberin”, “Mexidol” , homeostasis , infrared spectroscopy.
