Screening of potentially living donor in kidney transplantation

The paper presents the criteria for optimal choice of living (related and unrelated) donor. Legitimate basis for transplantation is the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On the transplantation of organs and (or) human tissues» (2007). Laws of the country are allowed to carry out all types of transplantation (from living and cadaveric).
Kidney transplants were harvested from living donors (n=126). When choosing a related donor in a multi-child family (15,9%) and emotional donors (6%), along with the generally accepted principles took into account biocompatibility and social situation. Donors conforms to established criteria and were examined by developed method.
