Changes of index resistance of common hepatic artery in treatment of liver cirrhosis by autologous stem cell

The paper summarizes the results of experimental studies and proved the advantages of using autologous mesenchymal stem cells on the morphological and functional condition of the cirrhotic liver lesion. Experiments were carried out on rats (Wistar, an experimental model of liver cirrhosis). To study the effectiveness of using stem cells in the treatment of liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension, in a comparative manner, we conducted a study of the functional state of liver. The results showed significant benefits of using stem cells on liver’srepair ability, which has been proven by ultrasound.
