Organization of emergency relief to victims of road accidents abroad

The characteristics of the proposed models of organisational emergency relief to the victims of road accidents in the economically-developed and developing countries with low levels of economic developmentare presented. In the course of the study, given the dynamics and trends of road traffic injuries, we highlight the most efficient and effective model for organizing help for suffering in modern conditions.
