Multivariate model predicting the risk of bilateral nephrolithiasis development was based on the discriminant analysis of the survey results 653 patients with nephrolithiasis. Clinical testing revealed a high ability of proposed mathematical model to predict the development of bilateral nephrolithiasis. To predict the risk of development of bilateral nephrolithiasis a highly informative is a relative riskindicator. Increasing urine pH over 6,1, reducing the concentration of magnesium urine less 2,26 mmol / l, the degree of saturation values of urine calcium oxalate more 3,27 and relative canalicularreabsorbtionless than 97,5% testify the high risk.

Keywords: bilateral nephrolithiasis, risk forecasting, mathematical model, discriminant analysis.
