Surgical treatment of patients with uterine myoma

The article analyzes the results of surgical treatment of 132 patients with uterine myoma. the Dimension of diagnostic procedures and surgical treatment of uterine myoma, depending on the nature and size of tumor isdetermined.

Only (radical) method of surgical treatment is to perform total hysterectomy, which provides not only a radical cure, but prevention of any disease of the cervixin the future.

The best approach to remove uterine myoma is laparoscopic, which is characterized by less blood loss and intra - and postoperative complications. Were no deaths. The postoperative period ranged from 2 to 5 bed-days. Duration of surgery ranged from 45 to 110 minutes on average - 95,46±18,12 min. The volume of intraoperative blood loss ranged from 100 to 420 ml (195,76±171,38 ml).
