Modern methods of surgical treatment of varicocele

The review of literature presented pathogenetic substantiation of varicocele various surgical treatment. Detailed indications for the most commonly used surgical interventions are shown. The advantages and disadvantages of surgical treatment of varicoceleare describes in chronological order. Provides an overview of fertility state and complications after different methods of surgical treatment of varicocele. Analysis of the literature shows the need to abandon more outdated surgical methods of treatment of varicocele and the introduction of more efficient and modern method.
