Modern therapy of chronic myeloid leukemia

This review presents findings on the genetic system of tissue antigens HLA, their relation to disease, on reducing the reactivity of immune system in chronic myelogenous leukemia. The data of modern therapy of chronic myeloid leukemia, bone marrow transplant, the appointment of first-generation targeted therapy Imatinib (Glivec), ondeveloping resistance to the drug. Second generation BCR-ABL inhibitors, tyrosine kinase – Nilotinib, Dozatinib, quality of life for choice of therapeutic measureswere seen.
