Nosocomial infections and their prevention in postoperative patients with urolithiasis in urological hospital

This review presents current data of the nosocomial infections causes in patients with urolithiasisat postoperative period. However, the active use of minimally invasive techniques in patients with urolithiasis in urologic hospitals, it is still not solved, requires careful attention and further study.
The current situation on hospital infections dictates the need to improve preventive measures as the main condition for effectively reducing morbidity, social and economic importance of these infections.Addition of nosocomial infection in patients with urolithiasisat postoperative time cause of purulent-septic complications (purulent pyelonephritis, abscess postoperative wounds, urosepsis), which prolongs hospital stay with the additional costs of treatment.
