The results of a retrospective history case study of 4 patients who underwent tubectomy due tubal pregnancy with recurrent ectopic pregnancy (3 patients) and cyst in stump of excising tube, as well as comorbidities and processes that contribute to their development are presented in case report.

In our opinion, this issue neglected in recent literature. And although the state when the ovum is located in a excising cult of fallopian tube is quite rare in medical practice, measures aimed at preventing this process, in our view, represent a specific interest for surgery and for medicine in general. After all, in these patients, due to the previous operations, tubal pregnancy is suspected in the least, and needs a certain experience and the availability of knowledge, in order to correctly performed differential diagnosis and formed the correct diagnosis.

Keywords: ectopic pregnancy, tubal pregnancy, pregnancy in the excising fallopian tube cult, tubectomy.
