Surgical treatment of congenital hipdislocation

This article presents a literature review of recent methods of treatment of congenital hip dislocations.

Along with the technological aspects of corrective osteotomy of the femur great practical importance have questions concerning size of correction and its influence on the subsequent formation of the operated joint.

Active development of new variants and modifications goes on constantly, new methods to create awnings with use of allo / autografts are suggested, technology for transposition of acetabulum are improved, modifications usingspoke / spoke-core machines and their modules are developed.

This review is not fullyreflect all the proposed methods and modifications of surgical interventions on the hip joint.
