Relatives liver transplantation from a living donor in Republic of Tajikistan

The paper presents the experience of the first successful liver transplant in a child and one adult patient with terminal liver diseases. In December 26, 2014 at the National Research Center of transplantation of organs and tissues was performed the first successful orthotopic liver transplantation from a living donor to the child 3 years old with Alagille syndrome. The second successful operation was performed in December 27, 2014 to patient, 58 years old with of multiple hepatoportal sclerosis transferred in liver cirrhosis of decompensation stage. Patients and donors after transplantation were discharged in satisfactory condition. The function of the transplant in both recipients was satisfactory.
