Simultaneous cholecystectomy during abdominoplasty

The paper analyzes the experience of carrying out simultaneous cholecystectomy during performing abdominoplasty in 46 women aged 28 to 73 years. In 31 (67,4%) cases patients also had abdominal midline hernia, in two 2 – ovarian cyst and in one – chronic appendicitis. Depending on the presence of abdominal wall hernia theaccess and dissected portion of adipo-dermal flapare choosen. The postoperative period without complications wasin 44 (95,7%) cases. Complications occurred in 2 (4,3%) cases as seroma (1) and marginal necrosis of the skin (1). Remote results observed in 42 (91,3%) of the operated patients. In all cases the results were good.
