Clinical features and main risk factors of initial form of cerebrovascular disease

The study involved 100 patients with early forms of cerebrovascular disease at the age of 40-59 years. The initial manifestations of cerebrovascular insufficiency were in 39, dyscirculatory encephalopathy I degree - in 61 patients. The main risk factor in both groups was hypertension (61,0%). Subjective neurological symptoms in the examinees manifested by memory loss (98,7%) and attentionlack (96.4%), headache (80,0%), non-systemic dizziness (25,9%), noise in the head (21,7%). The reason impairing health of patientsis prolonged headache.
