Comparative evaluation of different methods of treatment thrombocytopenia in children

In the structure of thrombocytopeniaacute form of the disease is dominatedthat is most commonly diagnosed in children first 5 years of life. Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) usually affects children older than 6 years. The frequency of bleeding in patients having skin hemorrhage in acute thrombocytopenia (ATP), and ITP has no significant difference.

As a result of the complex treatment of ATP complete clinical remission occurred in 90.2% of children,in 9.8% - observed a relapsing course. Basic therapy at ITP was effective in 81.4% of children. Inefficiency of pulse therapy can be considered an indication for surgery splenectomy.
