The results of survey study of clinical manifestationsand immune system reactivity in 100 children with atopic dermatitis are presented in the article.

In infants primarily prevailed exudative form of atopic dermatitis (AD) (58%; n=58), furthermore – the erythematous-squamous (22%; n=22), erythematous-squamous with lichenification (10%; n=10).Less than all - in older children prevailed lichenoid (5%; n=5) and pruriginous (5%; n=5) forms of AD.

There was a reduction of cellular and humoral immunity in patients with AD, as compared with the control group, which appeared decreasing number of T-lymphocytes (CD3 - 39,4%), T-helper cells (CD4 – 26,0%), proliferation receptors (CD71 - 9,0%), Ig A - 0,33%, Ig M – 0,34% and Ig G - 4,12%, a decrease in phagocytic activity (CD32 - 31,5%), T-suppressor (CD8 – 11,0%), B-lymphocytes (CD20 - 13,4%), apoptosis (CD95 – 17,5%), receptors for IL-2 (CD25 - 71.6%).

Keywords: atopic dermatitis, erythematous-squamous , lichenoid and pruriginous form, cellular and humoral immunity.
