Personality labor portrait of a doctors providing medical services for the prevention of somatic diseases, being risk factor in impaired reproductive function in men

The research program included: selective method of monitoring under 408 physiciansof generalpractice providing medical services for men of reproductive age with the disease having a risk of reproductive disorders.

According to content analysis of the literature are revealed 130 labor and non-labor characteristics of the physician (professional knowledge and skills, competence, innovative features, personality traits) that influences on the medical services quality (regardless of their profile).

Among these characteristics, resulting in consolidated evaluation study of expert opinions of three focus groups, 40 characteristics (44,4%) had an influence on quality improving of health services investigated in profile, and according to expert analysis of quality of these services - 35 characteristics, with 14,2% related to behavioral, 22,8% - to psychological, 40,0% - to labor, 8,6% - to cultural and 14,4% - to biomedical. At the same time to a manageable related 91,4% of the above characteristics and by significance of risk, taking into account the relative risk, 40,6% of manageable characteristics refer to a group of very important and 46,9% - to moderate important for improving the quality of health services.
