On the issue of surgical intervention extent on the regional lymph flow ways in malignant head and neck tumors

Many researchers studied the patterns of metastasis majority of malignant tumors of the head and neck, began to offer variants of attenuated surgery. Designation of lymph nodes levels of the neck in the investigations of ultrasound, CT, MRT, operations are excluded the diagnostic and tactical mistakes, has clinical significance, can more accurately determine the location of metastases, does not reduce the radicalism of operation, simplifies the definition of neck dissection, and has prognostic value. The authors suggest the use of this classification in clinical practice, taking into account small changes.
