Review of the literature devoted to explaining the influence of physical activity on a functional condition of the body, depending on the degree of involvement in the training process (intensity exercise, psycho-emotional component of a sportsmen, a sporting experience). The overtraining syndrome and the underlying changes of the nervous processes, hormonal status are seen. Among the internal causes stress and sportingimmunodeficiencies are selected.
