Successful surgical treatment of patients with perforation of the ascending aorta aneurysm

The authorsare presented a rare clinical case of life-time diagnosis of the ascending aorta aneurysm perforation manifested by atypical clinical symptoms. Diagnosis was clarified by CT. The only one symptom at resortwas shortness of breath, according to laboratory tests increasing of protein C and leukocytosis were noted. According to CT was diagnosed aneurysm of the ascendin3qqsvxbhyohbje3yl/g, descending and abdominal aorta, as well as pericardial effusion. The patient was successfully operated with good immediate results.
