Chair of Internal Medicine Propaedeutics Avicenna TSMU
The article presents the investigation results of blood coagulation system state in 65 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), depending on the degree of disease activity and the presence of cardiovascular disease. It was revealed in patients with RA appropriate increasing parameters of blood clotting system with a significant difference with the growth of the inflammatory activity degree. It is confirmed by the presence of correlation between the indicators of C-reactive protein,
fibrinogen and fibrinmonomerical complexes (respectively r=0,23 and r=0,34; p<0,05).
It specified along with activity of the inflammatory process, another factor closely associated with the formation of a hypercoagulable state in RA patients is the presence of cardiovascular disease.
