Epidemiological surveillance of HIV infection: experience of inoculation and recent conception

The presented analysis of the available literature states that establishment and strengthening of the system of epidemiological surveillance of HIV infection firstly necessary for developing a strategy for control and implementation of responsive action, taking into account regional, national and epidemiological features of HIV infection, based on scientific data of evidence-based medicine.
For the integrated epidemiologic surveillance of HIV the fundamental importance have not only the detection of HIV infection cases, but also disease monitoring, prevalence, morbidity, mortality and to identifying risk factors among the most vulnerable to HIV / AIDS, and among the population.
