Sanitary background and incidence of intestinal infections and invasions in Bishkek

The article presents the data morbidity by intestinal infections and invasions of the Bishkek’ population and given characteristics of sanitary and hygienic state of environmental objects.
In the long-term dynamics of intestinal infections and invasions there is a consistently high level of morbidity with an average of intensive indicators for the analyzed years 488,5 per 100 thousand of population, infestation index ranged from 120,7 to 460,0 per 1000 patients.
Risk factors for infection with intestinal invasions are soil – 48.4%, fruit and vegetables – 32,3%, banknotes – 9,7%, computer keys – 9,7%.
Risk factors for infection of intestinal infections are banknotes – 61,3±1,6%, public transport – 51,3±1,7%, the hands – 37,3±1,6%, computer keys – 31,3±1,5%.
