Surgical correction of «hypospadias by the chord type»

The clinical case of a patient with «hypospadias on the chord type» has shown in this observation. The authors modified the surgical correction of this rare form of hypospadias by new access using scheme of local plastic surgery «Butterfly».
Outcome of developed advanced techniques of surgical treatment - is optimal radical correction of penile curvature with a good aesthetic result.
