This report presents the results of surgical treatment of chronic generalized periodontitis associated with bruxism (state after therapeutic treatment) on the example of two clinical cases. Damage of neuromuscular dental system on the back of chronic generalized periodontitis and bruxism leads to serious functional impairment. In prosthetics on dental implants in patients with this pathology is not always possible to use a standard non-removable constructions. Therefore, a comprehensive approach to the treatment of this disease, including adequate prosthetics and provides a favorable result. In such clinical situations we offer to restore chewing functionby non-removable dentures from PEEK (polyetherketone) material.
