LOCALLY SPREAD BREAST CANCER - PRESENT STATE OF THE ISSUE

This review presents therecent dataof locally spread breast cancer (LSBC) epidemiology, optimal therapy issues, effectiveness of the different schemes of chemotherapy, complex treatment, the strategy and tactics of adjuvant and neoadjuvant chemotherapy, surgery, radiotherapy. Literary analysis shows the frequency of various complications after surgery. The results of reconstructive and plastic surgery on the breast in LSBC are presented. As further explored the issue of the quality of life of patients suffering from LSBC.
