Colposcopical study of 120 women's uterine neck, who applied intrauterine device are generalized. In connection with high morbidity and malignant neoplasms of uterine neck, timely detection of precancerous diseases has a great significance in gynecology. Importance of colposcopy in timely diagnosis of diseases of uterine neck, vagina and vulva is confirmed.
