QUALITY OF RENDERING SERVICES DURING CESAREAN SECTION IN 2ND LEVEL HOSPITALS IN REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

An assessment of rendering help during cesarean section and in postoperative period in 6 institutions of the 2nd level was carried out. "An Instrument for Assessment and Improvement of Quality of Hospital Care for Women and Newborns”, which is recommended by WHO was used. For each key practice, a list of criteria assessed by 4-grade system was determined. Average assessment according to cesarean section in 6 separate districts varied from 1.1 to 2.2 points, which indicates necessity to improve quality of rendering services during cesarean section and in post operational period.
