The study was conducted of 150 patients with primary hypothyroidism, aged 20 to 60 years. In addition to the study of clinical data, the assessment of the disease was performed using instru-mental and laboratory research. Following instrumental methods were used: ultrasound, computed tomography, regulatory thermography (RTG) and electroacupuncture diagnostics. After conduction of complex therapy with RTG following changes were detected: at SD1 and SD2li zones of thyroid gland (TG) in the main group in 90.4% normothermy was observed. In the control group indices of thyroid gland stabilized in 71.5% of patients and in placebo group, they improved in 65.6% of patients. Initially, electropuncture indices of TG TR3-dex-right and TR3-sin-left in the main group were lower than in control group and placebo. After conduction of therapy and over 6 months after treatment, significance of TR3-dex-right and TR3-sin-left in the main group reliably increased than in other groups which indicates effectiveness of carried treatment with the help of bioresonance therapy (BRT). Noninvasive RTG methods and electropuncture, possess high information value, they are precise and repeatable, since they are based on anatomic and physiologic laws of the organism. RTG shows the focuses of pathologies and helps to control the treatment strategy. Electropuncture is an energetic diagnosis and allows to asses condition of thyroid gland in dynamics and control conducted treatment daily, due to availability and nontraumatic
