The conducted research demonstrated that unfavorable functional changes are developing in la-bor migrants, indicating about overexertion of neuromuscular apparatus of the workers. With increase of labor experience, developing overexertion of separate system of the organism may increase development of pathologic disturbances. On the base of large massive observation of workers of different branches, including constructional, probability of development of musculo-skeletal system (MSS) and peripheral nervous system (PNS) pathologies depending on the level of severity of labor process was estimated. It is established that with the severity of the labor process of 3 grade 2-3 degrees, the probability of development of pathology was 17.1-37.0% cases, which indicates the need for physiological and hygienic work optimization. Based on the results of determining the stage of the adaptation process of the human body, to prevent unfavorable changes in the state of the organism under the influence of severity factors and labor process stress, preventive measures for the rational organization of the working and rest regime, correction of functional state are effective. Measures of the primary prevention include: general physical training, quenching procedures, autogenic training, removal of harmful life and productive risk factors. Measures of the secondary prevention are directed at medical inspection and examination.

Keywords: migrants, physical muscular workload, neuroemotional character of the labor, adaptation, variability of the cardiac rhythm, healthy lifestyle.
