Epidemiological situation of tuberculosis in children from infection focal point
Analyzes the epidemiological situation of tuberculosis among 352 children living - in foci of tuberculous infection in the Dushanbe city was presented. The study included 300 adult patients contacting with children, of which 177 had bacterial discharge. The study found that 40% of children have been infected with TB, the morbidity rate of children was 30 times higher ones in children across the country A scar after BCG vaccination don’t have74% of sick children. Almost all patients are identified on the appealability after the onset of clinical symptoms.
