Medical social principles of health of newborn
In this work the characteristics of health indicators, social conditions of living and labor in mothers of invistigated 232 full-term newborns with different pathologies was presented. The prevalence number of sick newborns were from mothers with high perinatal pathology risk (87%). The main factors of the high perinatal morbidity are social (poor material living conditions, lack of sanitary culture of life – 66.6%) and biomedical (multiple births with short intervals intergeneticheskim (32%), poor health of women (60,3%), the high frequency of extragenital (84,4%) and gynecological diseases (49,2%).
