Optimization of diagnosis and treatment of menstrual function in adolescent girls with breast diseases

The results of the examination and treatment of 60 adolescent girls aged 13 to 18 years with breast diseases and disorders of menstrual function was shown in article. The background for the development of the above diseases is burdened by antenatal history, adverse pregnancy and birth in the mother, as well as hereditary factors. Hormonal study revealed low levels of progesterone and high prolactin levels in the examined group I, which is one of the causes of dishormonal breast diseases and disorders of menstrual function. In the structure of extragenital pathology chronic tonsillitis take a significant place (31.6% in group I and 28.3% in group II), thyroid disease (51.6% and 61.6%, respectively), and biliary tract diseases (28.3 % and 60%, respectively), which also plays an important role in the development of dyshormonal state. In terms of diagnosis is recommended to use to invasive methods of examination. Therapy should start with a non-hormonal treatments, and only in the absence of the effect of hormones on the move, preferably low-dose. Using phytodrug «Mastodinon» 37 (61.6%) girls avoid hormone therapy.
